Request for Proposals Strategic Planning Support
Ocean State Libraries, Inc. (OSL, Inc.) is seeking a consultant to support and guide development of a Five-year Strategic Plan for OSL, Inc. The resulting Strategic Plan will provide guidance that will improve OSL, Inc.’s ability to serve the needs of OSL’s member libraries. The Strategic Plan also will clarify the services likely to be required by OSL members, prioritize those services, and estimate the resources–including financial, staffing, hardware, and contractual resources—likely to be required for OSL, Inc. to deliver the desired levels of services and support to the member libraries.
This RFP also may be downloaded from OSL Inc.’s Website at www.oslri.org/rfp-strategicplan. The due date and time for submission of proposals in response to this RFP is Wednesday June 15 2011 by 4:00 PM (EDT), as specified in Section VI, Due Date and Proposal Requirements. Late proposals will not be considered.
